Library is opened regularly within college hours and books are issued on Monday, Wednesday and Friday after class hour.
Every bonafide student of the college is entitled to receive one Library Card on application and it is a non-transferable document conferring no rights on a person other than the holder to receive books from the Library. A demand or defaced Library cards can be replaced by payment of ₹ 10.00 along with an application for purpose.
Each student will be entitled to take one books on the date of issue Retention beyond the period will be changed with a fine of ₹100.00 per day.
Students taking books from the Library will be responsible for any mutilation, damage, removal of pages, photos etc. of the book and they will be liable to pay an amount equal to the expenses made for restoring the book to its original condition in case of loss they will be liable to pay the cost of the book. These money thus round reliable will be recovered from the library caution money deposits by them and in case it insufficient a general demand for the unpaid amount will be made.
When the date for the return of the books falls on a holiday it can be returned on the next working day without payment of fine.
No student can claim as of rights to get a book from the library. Books will be given to students according to a scheme prepared by the principal till sufficient number of books are available in the library.
A book once issued cannot be re-issued to a student unless a period of two week, elapses in between the first and the second taking.
Book or journals marked not to be taken out of the library must be consulted inside the library. A lecturer may whoever take such a book or jounal with permission of the principal.
All books taken by the students must be submitted before the close of the college for summer vacation. Application forms and examination fees for University examination will not be acceptable unless a library clearance certificate is obtained and produce along with the application form.
The Librarian will be responsible for enforcing the rules for the library and to report to the Principal in case of violation.
The Library rules may be amended by the Principal from time to time
Each student must read the library rules thoroughly and ignorance of the rules can not, be pleaded or heard as justification for breach thereof.
The Principal in his discretion in suitable cases may allow a student to retain a book beyond the period seven days and may waive fines and penalties in deserving cases.
Anybody in possession of the library books shall return them to the library, whenever he receives a requisition notice for the return of the book from the librarian.
Books taken out of the library must be returned to the librarian and no one else.
The librarian shall report to the Principal about persons responsible for improper use of the library books.
The following are in the list showing the maximum number of books that may be issued at time to the various classes borrowers. a) Member of the teachings staff - 25 each | b)Ministerial Staff-4 each | c) The Librarian-5 each
A book once issued to borrower may be reissued to him only when one else wants the book. Books before reissued shall be presented before the librarian for necessary entries in the register.
Book of reference maps University Calendar, current issue of periodicals courses of studies and rate books shall not be issued for use at the home without the special permission of the Principal
A person who takes books from the library is supposed to have read the library rules and is supposed to abide by them. Ignorance of the library rules will be 110 excuse for the breach of any rules.
